From the very beginning we've believed in managing community assets, private infrastructure and green spaces in a way that brings communities together.
Preim's journey began as an estate management company in 2011. In those early days, as a team of infrastructure experts, we supported Annington Homes in developing and implementing their residents' company model. That model was - and is - based upon transparency, good governance and stewardship: that residents own their community amenities (such as green spaces, trees, play areas, surface water drainage systems, roads and footways) through their shareholding in the residents' company. The maintenance of those amenities is funded through a service charge (sometimes called an estate charge).
Over time, the residents' company model has evolved – as indeed have we, and the estate management services we deliver. Today we work with national housebuilders and have strong relationships with specialist placemakers such as Crest Nicholson, Urban&Civic, St Modwen and Allison Homes.
We continue to grow by working closely with our developer clients and residents alike, helping to make communities where people love to live, work and visit.
