Trainee Estate Manager

A managing agent with a contemporary approach, Preim currently manage 140 estates with over 11,000 properties across England and Wales. The estates range in size from 6 properties to up to 1000 and include significant private amenity areas, green spaces and infrastructure.

Preim passionately believe that property, estates and community assets can be managed better in a way that helps create sustainable communities and joins people together through common asset ownership.

As part of our continued growth we are looking for a property manager with previous experience of residential estate and leasehold block management and a good understanding of the legislation and obligations related to management of housing estates and blocks of flats.

You will be responsible for the full mix of managing residential developments including managing service charge budgets and associated company accounts. The role will require relatively frequent working away for evening meetings and being on call, currently 1 week in 4.

You will have the ability to manage contractors, have a detailed understanding of building maintenance and health & safety matters. Excellent communication skills together with a confident and tactful personality are essential.

We are ideally looking for a property manager with at least 12 – 18 months residential block management experience.  Ideally you will be a graduate and have passed the Part 1 IRPM exam or similar. Full UK driving licence essential.

Graduate digital marketer

Preim are seeking an innovative marketing graduate to support our Marketing & Sales Director in a range of campaigns, ranging from our business profile to community engagement. The ideal candidate will be confident in using a range of software programs, managing digital campaigns and administering successful business to business campaigns.

  • Duties will include:
  • Copywriting, SEM, analysis and report
  • Daily management of several websites
  • Managing and implementing social media campaigns
  • Preparation of proposals
  • Collation/copywriting/design and implementation of a range of literature

Desired attributes:

  • Excellent written English and attention to detail
  • Team player but with the ability to work independently
  • Experience with InDesign, Photoshop and Adobe programs would be desirable
  • Experience of working within a marketing or office role
