Water Supply

  • Burst water main in the street
  • No water supply
  • Poor water quality
  • Poor water pressure

Drainage

  • Blocked drains
  • Sewage flooding
  • Surface water flooding
  • Failed pumping station
  • Broken drain cover

Roads and Streetlights

  • Fuel spillage on the road
  • Dangerous light column

Communal Buildings

  • Significant damage to communal buildings
  • Water leaks inside communal buildings
  • No electricity in communal areas
  • All fire damage
  • Lift failure

Estate

  • Fallen / dangerous tree
  • Damaged play area equipment
  • Fire damage
  • Pest infestation

What should I expect

Once your Customer Account Manager has confirmed the issue affecting you which is residents’ company responsibility, Preim will work as quickly as possible to provide a solution.

In certain circumstances, your call may be logged and attended to on the next business day.
