Celebrating community success via grassroots sport

Recently, the Preim-sponsored Lakenheath Raptors under-11s football team celebrated a fantastic achievement, winning their Challenge Cup final with an impressive 8–2 victory over Moulton Panthers. An 8-2 victory in a cup final? Not bad going!

While this sits outside day-to-day estate management, it reflects something we see as equally important, supporting the wider communities our developments are part of.

Grassroots sport plays a key role in bringing people together, creating opportunities for young people and building a sense of local pride. Supporting initiatives like this helps strengthen those connections and contributes to the long-term success of growing communities.
