Celebrating our first "home-grown" Chartered Surveyor

Professional qualifications take years of learning, practical experience and determination, which is why we're incredibly proud to celebrate Cameron Maguire achieving Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) status after successfully completing the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Senior Professional Assessment.

It's a significant personal achievement for Cameron and an important milestone for our business. Cameron, our Regional and Client Manager, joined Preim in 2017, and he now is the first colleague to achieve Chartered Surveyor status while developing his career within the company.

His journey to the MRICS achievement included producing and presenting three case studies before completing a final interview with a panel of experienced RICS professionals, demonstrating his technical expertise, professional judgement and practical experience.

Reflecting on his achievement, Cameron said: "Achieving MRICS has been a personal goal for a long time, so it's incredibly rewarding to reach this point. The support I've received throughout my career from Preim has made a huge difference, giving me the experience, encouragement and opportunities I needed to develop professionally.”
