There’s something refreshing about a new start - and at Kilnwood Vale, that fresh feeling is showing up all across the development.
After a careful and competitive tender process, we welcomed J N Gardening as our new landscaping contractor in January, and the impact has been immediate.
One of their first major tasks was edging all borders and tree pits throughout the development - a detail that’s made a surprisingly big difference to the look and feel of the community.
And it hasn’t gone unnoticed. We’ve been delighted to receive lots of positive feedback from residents who’ve spotted the improvements and taken the time to let us know. It’s a great reminder of how much the little things - tidy borders, defined lines, well-kept spaces - can really enhance the places where we live.
We’re looking forward to building on this strong start and keeping Kilnwood Vale looking its best throughout the year.
