When a fire broke out on the decking surrounding Swan Pond at the Barking Riverside estate, it left a popular local spot damaged and unsafe. The blaze destroyed the timber planks and subframe, leaving the area fenced off and unusable.
But within hours of being notified, the Preim team was on it. We arranged a full inspection, brought in our trusted contractors JCS, and made restoring the decking a top priority.
The burnt section was completely rebuilt with new, high-quality timber, including the surface, steps, and subframe. Surrounding areas were repaired too, ensuring everything looked clean and tidy.
