At present, more than 90% of our Estate Management and Service Charge Accountancy teams are either professionally qualified or working towards a qualification.
In 2024 alone, through our partnership with Encore Academy, we delivered:

- Formal qualification support across all levels of experience

- Shaun Mundy – awarded TPI Member (MTPI) status and Level 4 – Leasehold Management]
- Fenne Horne – progressed from TPI Foundation to Associate (ATPI) in less than a year, as well as gaining Level 3 - Leasehold Management.
- Phoebe Parker – completed her LLB degree with a 2:1
- Phil Brown, Damon Stone, Sam Haselgrove and Liam Tegerdine each gained TPI - Associate (ATPI) status
- Tyler Beckwith and Hugh Bradley each gained their TPI - Foundation (Affiliate) qualification.
