We’d like to extend a big thank you to all the residents who joined us at our Kingsgrove drop-in session recently. The event provided an excellent opportunity to meet face-to-face, answer questions, and discuss matters important to the community in a constructive and open setting.
What made this session different from those held previously was that it brought together a broad mix of community stakeholders. This collaborative approach meant residents could access a wide range of expertise and perspectives in one visit, making for more rounded and productive conversations.
Hosted by Estate Manager Tom Tracy, the event welcomed representatives from Cractus (on behalf of the developer), Wantage Community Church, Charlton Lodge, the Resident Working Group, as well as the Town Centre Manger and Kingsgrove's Community Development Officer.
The conversations were friendly, informative and productive, covering everything from estate management updates, community development initiatives, and opportunities for future engagement.
“It’s always great to meet residents in person,” said Tom Tracy, Estate Manager at Preim. “These sessions give us the chance to listen, answer questions, and share updates directly. They really help strengthen communication across the community.”

Following the success of this session, similar events will be planned in the future, with some scheduled in the evenings to allow more residents to attend.
