Unlike traditional email, which is not designed for workflow management or task tracking, Places connects directly with a dedicated helpdesk system. This means queries and maintenance requests are managed in one place, reducing the risk of anything being missed, delayed or lost in an inbox.
Through the app, residents can stay informed about day-to-day news, updates and announcements relating to their development — all in one convenient place.
Push notifications also mean we can share urgent updates quickly when needed. Whether it’s important information about estate works, access arrangements, maintenance activity, health and safety matters, or other time-sensitive updates, Places helps us reach residents quickly and directly.Part of an Integrated Platform

The platform supports the management of assets, maintenance and compliance, helping create a more joined-up process for residents, clients and property managers. From the moment a resident reports an issue, the system allows it to be progressed efficiently — whether that means arranging works, requesting a quotation from a contractor, or providing updates as the matter moves forward.
Approved contractors can also operate within the same system, from receiving works instructions to reporting progress and submitting invoices. This helps create a more transparent and efficient process from start to finish.
