These meetings are an important opportunity for residents, other stakeholders and Preim to come together, discuss key topics affecting their communities, and share ideas on how developments can continue to evolve and improve.
Karen Lacey, our Estate Manager Team Leader, joined several of the meetings alongside colleagues. She said, “Strong engagement from residents and Estate Managers makes a real difference when it comes to managing developments effectively. These meetings are a fantastic opportunity to share updates, gather feedback and make informed decisions that benefit the whole community.”
At one of our estates in Bordon, Estate Managers Shaun Mundy and Phil Brown hosted a productive and interactive meeting with residents.
The meeting provided a valuable forum for residents to raise questions and discuss important topics including grounds maintenance, future management plans and potential site improvements. The open and constructive discussions reflected the strong partnership between residents and the management team.
The meeting was also attended by Adheel Shah, Councillor for the Vale of White Horse District Council, who continues to be a great support within the local community and has an ongoing commitment to helping improve the development alongside our team and residents.

A second meeting was held at our Welford estate, hosted by Damon Stone and Phil Brown, with residents joining both in person and via Microsoft Teams.
The hybrid format allowed a wide range of attendees to take part in the discussions, which resulted in an interactive and well-attended meeting.
Prior to the meeting, Damon carried out a walk-around of the development – a former MOD site – with residents to ensure a full understanding of any current matters affecting the estate.
Residents fed back on the positive impact the recently appointed grounds maintenance contractor has made to the development, as the estate already looking particularly well maintained.
The meeting received excellent feedback from both residents and directors, highlighting the strength of engagement within the community.
Residents’ Meetings play a key role in ensuring developments are managed transparently and collaboratively. They provide an opportunity for residents to hear updates, ask questions, and contribute ideas that help shape the future of their communities.
We look forward to continuing these conversations with residents across the communities we support!
